A Firefighter Veteran... What does it take to survive life in the fire service?

Retired Fire Chief Andy Butler started his fire service at the young age of 19 years old.  He shares his story about how being a full time firefighter has affected his life, both personally and professionally.  He gives some insight of what he wished he would have learned earlier in his career and some of the changes that he would have made.  He has a strong love of serving others and continues to encourage and help those seeking the fire service as a career in any way that he can.
